Monthly Workshops Held for All Tampa Bay Realtors®

Madeira Beach, FL, October 04, 2019 --(PR.com)-- With a growing number of real estate advisors in the Tampa Bay area, the importance of knowing how to accurately convey to buyers and sellers how a home is sold has become ever more important. Currently, there are four Engel & Völkers luxury real estate shops in the Tampa Bay area who all host classes and workshops on the last Tuesday of every month, inviting not only Engel & Völkers real estate advisors, but all Realtors® who would like to attend. Cherie Pattishall, GRI, CNE, CLHMS, CAM, e-Pro, Broker and owner of Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach states, “We want to ensure that our advisors are knowledgeable and trustworthy so sellers know exactly how we aim to get them the most for the sale of their home.”

On September 24 at 4:00 p.m. the Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach luxury real estate shop located at 14225 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708 hosted a class with a focus on working with Sellers which was followed by a professional happy hour at the Treasure Island Resort. This hour-long class was free of charge and welcomed Realtors® from multiple real estate companies across the Tampa Bay area. Cherie Pattishall and Certified Negotiation Expert, Michael Wyckoff, led the discussion and about thirty licensed Realtors® were in attendance.
