Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, October 20, 2019 --(PR.com
)-- Execulink Telecom is investing in new and improved Hybrid Fibre technology across their own existing cable areas in Lambton and Middlesex Counties. Customers can look forward to exciting new features and benefits, including faster internet speeds and a brand new TV viewing experience.
“The current cable infrastructure in these areas limits our ability to deliver faster internet speeds and a more modern TV experience,” said Ian Stevens, President and CEO of Execulink Telecom. “To ensure our customers receive the awesome experience they deserve, we made the decision to upgrade our facilities. We are excited to roll out this change over the next 12 months, and will be starting in November with the Thedford community.”
Hybrid Fibre Internet refers to its delivery method, which uses a combination of fibre optics and coaxial cable. The Internet connection is delivered over state-of-the-art fibre optic lines to the neighbourhood, with coaxial cable running directly to the home.
Customers will get to enjoy new package options, which boast blazingly fast internet speeds up to 1 Gbps, unlimited usage and no contracts.
The upgrade will also support an enhanced TV viewing experience with Link TV. Customers will now be able to enjoy a more modern user interface with a larger selection of HD channels, DVR capabilities and more.
Execulink’s own cable communities can expect to receive more information in the coming months with further details on this change and how it will affect them. Residents in Thedford can learn more about the Hybrid Fibre upgrade at Execulink’s upcoming Information Session on October 29 at The Legacy Centre (Thomas Hall) from 2:30pm – 4pm and 7pm – 8:30pm.
