Effective Leadership Academy Brings Back Annual Fundraiser Alley Rally

Effective Leadership Academy brings its annual fundraiser to a new location with more activities and fun.

Cleveland, OH, November 08, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) is excited to announce its annual fundraising event Alley Rally is back and better than ever, scheduled for November 17, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Spins Bowl - Independence. This event brings together more than 200 ELA alumni, parents, and corporate partners for a fun night of games, food, and celebration. The goal of the event is to raise $30,000 for the ELA Scholarship Fund.

From past contributions, ELA’s presence in the community has strengthened, touching thousands of young people across Northeast Ohio. ELA, in its 11th year of operation, has served more than 25,000 students and partnered with more than 150 schools and community organizations.

At this year’s Alley Rally, ELA will honor its 2019 Community Partner of the Year, Vickie Eaton Johnson, Senior Director of Community & Economics Development for Cleveland Clinic. Johnson will join the list of ELA’s past honorees including Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) CEO Eric Gordon, CMSD Closing the Achievement Gap Director George Golden, and Nordson Corporation Foundation Executive Director Cecilia Render.

The afternoon will be filled with entertainment as attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy unlimited bowling, laser tag, an all-you-can-eat buffet, great silent auction items to win, a wine pull, awards, recognitions, guest speakers, and more.

Tickets to the family-friendly event and sponsorship opportunities are now available. Becoming a 2019 Alley Rally sponsor provides ELA’s essential leadership and social emotional success training to school districts across Ohio, increasing our student reach as well as regional expansion. The sponsorship deadline is Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
