MyUS.com Donates Over $42,400 to Support Hurricane Dorian Relief Efforts in Bahamas

Sarasota, FL, November 15, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Following the devastating impact of Hurricane Dorian, global shipping organization, MyUS.com, donates over $30,000 in cash plus an additional $12,370 in generators and supplies to help disaster relief and recovery efforts. All funds donated were contributed by MyUS.com employees, members, and subsequently matched, dollar for dollar, by MyUS.com.

By partnering with Bahamian shipping partner, BluePostal, MyUS.com has utilized the dollars raised to provide desperately needed supplies to the islands’ communities and citizens most in need. These supplies include, but are not limited to, generators, tents, diapers and water. Additionally, MyUS.com has partnered with non-profit organizations, HeadKnowles and the New Providence Community Center (NPCC), to ensure that all donated resources are distributed in the most effective manner possible.

MyUS.com has a long-established relationship with The Bahamas, shipping US goods to its residents for over 20 years.
