Kelley Kronenberg Promotes Two South Florida Attorneys to Partners

Firm promotes Jacqueline Costoya Guberman and William F. Mueller.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, November 17, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, is pleased to announce that Jacqueline Costoya Guberman and William F. Mueller have been promoted from Attorneys to Partners in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office.

Costoya Guberman has excelled in the real estate field, with a special focus on real property litigation, residential and commercial transactions, and appellate litigation. As an integral part of the firm’s Real Property Litigation and Real Estate practice group, she aids in the acquisition, financing, closing, and development of commercial and residential real estate projects, and has successfully argued before the Florida Second, Third, and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. Her immeasurable experience in trial and appellate court representing businesses, lenders and loan servicers has allowed her to excel in her field.

Costoya Guberman graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Executive Board Member on the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Outside the office, she serves on the Florida Bar’s Media and Communications Law Committee, is a member of Women Leading Broward’s Class VI, and is actively involved with the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, previously serving as Chair of the organization’s 2018 and 2019 Riverwalk Run.

Mueller, a former state prosecutor, currently advises corporate clients on complex legal matters as well as leading the firm’s Management Consulting practice. With more than 20 years of executive and crisis management experience, he advises company Boards in corporate restructuring and transformation projects. As a business process expert, he assists companies in strategic goal setting, operating model redesign, profit-and-loss improvement, and performance enhancement. Previous roles include leading operations and real estate development in a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company and as a previous Chief Re-structuring Officer, where he recovered approximately $70 million in value for its shareholders. He has extensive negotiating experience on complex business matters.

Mueller is a dual graduate of Nova Southeastern University, having earned both his law degree and his M.B.A. from the university. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Virginia, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator, and a Florida Real Estate Broker.

As a former U.S. Naval Submariner, Mueller served on two Fleet Ballistic Submarines, taught military professionalism and ethics, as well as advised senior commanders on developing specialized high-performance teams.
