AJ — an accomplished athlete in the sport of powerlifting — is currently ranked as one of the top 100 powerlifters in the world in two separate weight classes. His best lifts include a 1,003 lb. squat, 705 lb. bench press, 705 lb. deadlift and a 2,413 lb. total.

Currently, he is the director of personal training and youth fitness at Anytime Fitness in Owensboro, Ky. Most recently, he was strength & conditioning coach at NCAA Division I University of Idaho, where he earned his physical education-sport science degree in 2007.
