Create Power Yoga has worked with representatives of Lifespan to give all 15,000 Lifespan employees free access to virtual yoga classes during this health crisis.

East Providence, RI, April 30, 2020 --(PR.com)-- Create Power Yoga has worked with representatives of Lifespan to give all 15,000 Lifespan employees free access to virtual yoga classes during this health crisis. Lifespan is the largest healthcare provider and employer in RI

"Free access to healthcare workers is something we have hoped to achieve since we went virtual," says Petra Lehman-Brauer, owner of Create Power Yoga. "Our mission is to create and support community, and it's vital that we give our healthcare workers the mental and physical support they need at this time."

Over the past month of the COVID-19 shutdown, Create Power Yoga has transferred all classes to a Virtual Studio platform, allowing any student from anywhere to practice yoga and meditation when it fits their schedule.

Lifespan is the latest organization to benefit from the Create Power Yoga virtual studio. The studio is also working with the East Providence Fire Department, Blackstone Valley Community Health Center, and many daycares and schools to bring yoga and mindfulness into homes during this crisis.

If you would like to bring virtual yoga to your organization, start a conversation by e-mailing createpoweryoga@gmail.com.

Create Power Yoga is located in East Providence, RI. It is their mission to honor each student individually, and welcome them into the community. They offer consistent, challenging experiences in their classes, while helping students learn to choose what works best for their body and practice.
