The Body Mechanic™ Announces Podcast on G.I.R.L. Power

Raleigh, NC, May 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jeff Wooten, president of The Body Mechanic™ (www.yourbodymechanic.com), has announced the release of a podcast on the company’s self defense class, Grappling Intensive Resistance and Locking (G.I.R.L.) Power!™. In this podcast, Wooten discusses the basic techniques of the course as well as the benefits of young girls participating in this class. In addition, Wooten explains methods most suited to a female’s physical strengths in order to teach participants how to overcome initial fear and protect themselves in dangerous situations. G.I.R.L. Power!™ was developed by Wooten as a way of teaching techniques to females, which aim to defend and protect using simplicity and leverage as the foundation for the techniques.
