The Nissenbaum Law Group Announces the Opening of Its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Office

Philadelphia, PA, May 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC announces the opening its new office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. “The addition of the Philadelphia office will strengthen the firm’s ability to meet the increasingly multi-state needs of its clients,” said Gary D. Nissenbaum, Esq., the managing principal of the firm. The opening of the Pennsylvania office follows on the heels of the highly successful 2005 launch of its New York office at 140 Broadway in the Wall Street area. The firm also continues to maintain its Union, New Jersey office which was opened in 1997.

The new office is located at 1500 Market Street. Laura J. Freedman, Esq., a principal of the firm, noted that the opening of the Philadelphia office was “imperative, given that we were contacted by so many Pennsylvania residents seeking our legal advice. It just made sound business sense to expand into that market. We envision that this will not only broaden our offerings in commercial law, but also our thriving Internet and sports and entertainment law practices.”

The principal overseeing the Pennsylvania practice will be the head of the firm’s litigation department, Gavin I. Handwerker, Esq. “Much of the litigation we handle involves federal court cases. Most people do not realize that New Jersey and Pennsylvania are both located in the same Federal Circuit. I see this as a seamless expansion of our firm’s litigation offerings, as well.”

“We’re thrilled with this new expansion,” added Mr. Nissenbaum. “Having a presence in three states is an integral part of our strategy to solidify our position as a significant player in the legal market of the northeast corridor.”
