Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Names Coloring Contest Winner

Raleigh, NC, June 04, 2008 --( Eb Moore, CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (, has announced that Zachary Dix of Mebane was the prize winner of the company wide coloring contest held in celebration of Earth Day. The coloring contest was open to children 10 and younger, and focused on the importance of green practices and how participants are going green. Dix was presented with a Japanese Maple tree donated from Horticultural Asset Management, Inc., (HMI) is the only provider of standardized valuations and inspections of the trees and shrubs on residential and commercial properties.
