)-- IDS Scheer AG has taken a lease on ca. 1,400 m² of office space in the Neues Zentrum (New Centre) Seestern in Düsseldorf. In July of this year this software and consulting company will relocate its company headquarters from Heinrichstrasse into the office building on Niederkasseler Lohweg. The move represents at the same time an expansion. Colliers Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH acted as consultant and estate agent.
The office property was completed in the year 1999 and is a component part of the building complex Neues Zentrum Seestern. It contains ca. 10,000 m² of office space on six floors. The owner is the open-ended property fund “Deka-Immobilien Europa“ of Deka Immobilien GmbH.
Deka Immobilien GmbH is a company in the DekaBank Group. The company is responsible for all purchases and sales of properties, actual management of these assets and all other property services, and product development.
