Tapeworks Inc. Receives Silver Award from Ad Club of CT

Tapeworks Inc is given the silver award from CT Ad Club for best original music.

Hartford, CT, June 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Tapeworks Recording Studios was recently honored at the 54th annual Advertising Club of CT Award Show.

Tapeworks received the silver award for best original music or jingle based on their work with the Hospital of Central Connecticut’s merger announcements.

Produced by Doug Kupper and creative director Helayne Lightstone (HOCC), the commercial was aired on radio to raise awareness of the merge between New Britain Hospital and Bradley Hospital.

The Advertising Club is a professional association of marketing, design and ad professionals based in Rocky Hill, CT. Every year over 500 applications are submitted and judged by a panel of experts, cumulating in the annual award show.

Tapeworks frequently engages in sound design and composition projects as well as recording voices to construct radio and television ads.
