Dominick's Cooking Corner Features Chef Christopher Tong of My Private Chef at Taste of Chicago 2008

Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland’s most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick’s Cooking Corner. Chef Tong, owner of the upscale gourmet dining service My Private Chef, will present a delicious seafood entree.

Chicago, IL, June 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Chef Tong’s cooking demonstration at the Taste of Chicago is one of My Private Chef’s most popular annual appearances. People who are casual cooks or lovers of gourmet food get to ask questions, discuss preparation, and come away with a recipe booklet full of new ideas. It is a very well attended feature at this Chicago summertime fest.

My Private Chef’s demonstration is scheduled for Tuesday, July 1 at 12:00 noon at the Dominick’s Cooking Corner tent on Buckingham Fountain Plaza.

Chef Tong will demonstrate how to prepare pan seared Halibut with spicy tomato relish accompanied by grilled vegetable saffron Cous Cous and toasted pistachio nuts.
