Workforce Chemistry President Addresses Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW)

Raleigh, NC, June 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jill Wells Heath, president of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) (www.tcrew.org), an organization which provides a forum for fostering relationships among commercial real estate women professionals in the Triangle market, has announced that Marirose Steigerwald, president of Workforce Chemistry and a member of TCREW, spoke at the organization’s June 4 meeting. In her talk, titled “Our changing workforce: How we can thrive with multiple generations in the same office,” Steigerwald spoke about how managers and leaders can connect with employees in their organizations who are from a different generation. She explained how leaders can reach across generational differences to inspire top performance with their employees. The June meeting was sponsored by Regions Bank.
