Women TIES, Women Together Inspiring Entrepreneurial Success, presents its a special educational and networking event for women entrepreneurs focusing on the five legal issues to avoid.

Syracuse, NY, June 18, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Women TIES, Women Together Inspiring Entrepreneurial Success, presents its July Growth Discussion Breakfast, on July 23, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. The program is designed to educate, inspire and promote women entrepreneurs, and features guest speaker, Carol A. Zenzel, Esq., a private practice attorney, presenting "Five Legal Holes Women Entrepreneurs Dig for Themselves."

Zenzel's presentation will review some common lawful mistakes women entrepreneurs face, whether they have been in business for years or are just starting their new companies. Business formation issues, intellectual property concerns, choosing the right attorney for a business, and contract negotiations are just a few of the issues which will be covered at this program.

The event is open to New York State women entrepeneurs. The event will be held at the Limestone Grill, part of the Craftsman Inn property, at 7300 Genesee Street, Fayetteville, New York. Women entrepreneurs are encouraged to bring corporate promotional materials to share with other women. Women TIES' mission is to create a local, state and regional marketplace for women entrepreneurs in New York State.
