Indianapolis, IN, June 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Saber Research Group is teaming up with AO Concepts, Inc. from Woodbridge, VA., to bring national expertise to the Indianapolis area. The combined experience of the two entities along with the deep-rooted relationships AO Concepts has formed with members of the National Capitol Region will bring an incredible and unmatched service to the Indianapolis area.

The partnership between Saber Research and AO Concepts will form “Team AO Concepts” and will be located in a unique geographic area within Indiana – situated near Muscatatuck Urban Training Center and the Camp Atterbury Joint Military Training Center. This joint venture is extremely valuable to Indiana organizations looking to develop new military training sites and programs in the Midwest.

Located just outside the Washington beltway, AO Concepts is favorably positioned to secure services and personnel from the National Capitol Region. The National Capital Region was created in 1952 by the National Capital Planning Act. The region consists of the District of Columbia and eleven local jurisdictions in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Eleven percent of the total Federal workers in our nation are employed in the National Capital Region.

David Osborne, Owner and CEO of AO Concepts, retired from active military service an Army Colonel and served in the Pentagon as the chief of the Army Initiatives Group for the Army G-3, GEN Cody and later as chief of the Army’s Leader Development Division.
