)-- Cibo Media Group, LLC has licensed the publishing rights to Italian Cooking and Living magazine and Cibo from Italian Culinary Institute founder Paolo Viloresi. Mr. Viloresi will continue on as Editor in Chief and the editorial focus of the magazine will continue to be authentic preparations of Italian food that are unpretentious and authentic yet elegant.
The founders of the Cibo Media Group have deep roots in the Italian food, entertainment and magazine industries. The president of the Cibo Media Group is entertainment attorney Joseph Marrone, Vice President, Joe Profaci brings roots to the food service distribution and marketing business that are three generations deep to the magazine and Publisher Donald Hellinger, has a history in the publishing business as President of Nylon Holdings publishers of Nylon magazine and Owner /Publisher of Inked magazine.
Already underway is a redesign of Italian Cooking and Living magazine, the website and Cibo. A re-launch of Italian Cooking and Living magazine is scheduled to hit the newsstand early November. The visibility and circulation of the magazine will be increased and a strategy to integrate their advertisers’ products into the magazines and events has been developed.
