Are You Experiencing Sudden Unexplained Neurological Symptoms? New Survey Wants to Hear from You.
Take the Civilian Count Survey today if you are experiencing unexplained pain, abnormal neurological symptoms, cognitive changes, or unusual sensory disturbances. This national initiative, led by Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc. (DEWA), is documenting civilian-reported experiences to help inform public-health leaders, researchers, and policymakers. Your participation can help ensure that civilians experiencing these symptoms are counted, documented, and included in future research.
Marshfield, MA, September 09, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Often described in public discussions as Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) or “Havana Syndrome,” these symptoms have been reported by government personnel in recent years. However, civilians reporting similar symptoms have had limited opportunities to be formally counted, documented, medically evaluated, included in research, or connected with appropriate testing, treatment, and support.
The Havana Syndrome Civilian Survey seeks to help address this gap. Since the survey initiative launched on March 24, 2026, 236 individuals have completed at least one of three surveys: the Neurological Symptoms Survey, the Havana Syndrome Survey, or the Decision-Making Survey. This participation demonstrates a growing willingness among civilians to document their experiences and formally report abnormal neurological or Havana Syndrome-like symptoms.
“We are working to help ensure that civilians experiencing these symptoms are documented, acknowledged, and included in future research, public-health responses, and policy discussions,” said a representative of Direct Energy Weapons Agency, Inc.
The surveys collect voluntary, self-reported information from individuals who have experienced sudden or unexplained neurological, cognitive, sensory, or environmental disturbances. Participation is open to civilians, veterans, first responders, and current or former city, state, and federal government employees.
Key goals of the initiative include:
• Documenting the number of individuals reporting abnormal neurological or Havana Syndrome-like symptoms.
• Identifying possible patterns, locations, and geographic trends.
• Increasing awareness among public-health officials, researchers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers.
• Informing future discussions about access to specialized medical testing, treatment, care, and support.
Individuals are encouraged to participate regardless of whether they have received a formal diagnosis or had access to specialized medical testing or treatment.
Survey findings will be compiled and shared with organizational leaders, public-health officials, researchers, and lawmakers to help inform responsible, evidence-based research, public-health responses, and policy discussions.
Survey Details:
• Takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
• Participation is voluntary and confidential.
• Open to individuals in the United States and internationally.
Individuals interested in participating may access the survey through the website listed in the contact information below.
