2008 NSW Professional Photographer of the Year

Sydney, Australia, July 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Professional photographer Tanya Rochat of Bella Vista, Sydney is awarded as the 2008 Epson / AIPP NSW Professional Photographer of the Year and 2008 Epson / AIPP NSW Illustrative Photographer of the Year as sponsored by Epson and the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) at the annual Epson NSW Professional Photography Awards (NSWPPA).

Tanya Rochat was awarded as the overall winner of the annual Epson 2008 NSW Professional Photographer of the Year award after receiving the award as the 2008 Epson / AIPP NSW Illustrative Photographer of the Year. The Epson NSWPPA awards are NSW's most prestigious photographic awards and attract high calibre entries in all major award categories from Illustrative, commercial and landscape photography to wedding and portrait photography. The Epson NSWPPA entries were open to all professional photographers in NSW.

Tanya Rochat, who was also runner up for the 2007 AIPP Australian Photo Illustrator of the Year award, said she is honoured to receive the awards as she loves to create illustrations and matte paintings from her photography and the awards allow more people to share in her images.

"I am excited and honoured to have received the NSW Professional Photographer of the Year award and it motivates me even more to create memorable images for business and private enjoyment", Tanya said.
