Industry veteran brings 30+ years of commercial and operational leadership to North America's premier single-serve contract packager.

Young brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience spanning strategy, business development, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. He joins T.H.E.M. from Vitaquest International, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, leading strategy, sales, innovation, and marketing for the company's nutraceutical business and driving sustained revenue growth and profitability.

Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Bethel University. As President, he will work alongside Kozarsky and the leadership team to strengthen operational and commercial alignment and support the company's continued expansion.
