The workshops will be presented by Ken Thelen, President of R Success, LLC.

Whale Done!® The Power of Positive Relationships highlights how catching people doing things right and redirecting negative behavior are two of the most effective tools to increase productivity, build trust, create high commitment and motivation, retain your best workers, promote positive customer relationships, and sustain your competitive advantage. The basics of Whale Done! are described with an emphasis on the first key principle—Building Trust. The ABCs of Performance Management—Activators, Behaviors, and Consequences—are defined and experienced through case studies.

About Ken Thelen:
Kenneth M. Thelen, President and founder of R Success, LLC, is a leading consultant and certified designer of rewards and recognition strategies in the workplace.
