World’s Leading Fine Wine Publisher Dedicates Three Magazines to Campaign Against Climate Change

Espoo, Finland, November 21, 2008 --(PR.com)-- A world-first wine photography exhibition in support of action against climate change is featured in the current issues of FINE’s European, American and Scandinavian FINE Wine Magazines. The exhibition is the first photography exhibition to appear simultaneously around the world distributed to 31 countries.

'Photography For Climate' is an exhibition of 22 wine art photographs. These photographs portray the current endangered beauty of working vineyards. With this exhibition FINE wishes to help preserve these scenes for future generations. Each photograph is available for purchase as a signed and numbered print by the artist, with all profits being donated to charities supporting action against climate change. The photographs replace all the magazines’ regular advertising, which has only been made possible by the support of FINE’s advertisers.

The prints are available to purchase on FINE’s website (www.fine-magazines.com) or by contacting FINE. The exhibition will run from 20.11.2008 – 28.2.2009.

The photographers that are contributing their works to 'Photography For Climate' are Pekka Nuikki, Kevin Judd and Joerg Lehmann. They are three of the leading photographers in the field of wine art photography. The charities selected are the Rainforest Action Network’s Protect-an-Acre program, which aims to protect the world’s forests and its inhabitants, and WWF’s project Operaatio Maa, whose focus is on rebuilding wetlands in the Baltic Sea region.

FINE Magazines is also planning further changes, as all magazines will be available in the upcoming future as digital editions, able to be purchased, downloaded and read online.
