Bay Peak 3 Acquisition Corp. Acquires EBH Investment Holding Company Limited by Issuing Common Shares

San Francisco, CA, January 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Bay Peak 3 Acquisition Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) announced today that it completed the required capital restructuring and acquisition of EBH Investment Holding Company Limited (“EBH”) on December 31, 2008. EBH is headquartered in Hangzhou, Peoples Republic of China. EBH is a leading Specialty Fiber company primarily developing, producing and selling Aramid and Spandex products in China. EBH is currently in the top 5 largest producers of Spandex in China and is rapidly growing production capacity with goals of becoming the 2nd largest producer by 2010. EBH has projected over $21,000,000 of Net Income for year ending December 31, 2008 with a 30% CAGR for the next 5 years.

After the acquisition of EBH and the capital restructuring, the shareholders of EBH own approximately 95% of the Company. The remaining shares are held by approximately 220 shareholders. The Company expects to register for trading on a US stock exchange as soon as practicable.
