Judith Wright Appears on 20/20 Friday July 7

Soft Addictions expert Judith Wright, Chicagoan, and originator of the term “Soft Addictions,” appears on ABC-TV 20/20 news program coaching people to overcome their soft addictions this Friday, July 7, 2006 at 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Chicago, IL, July 07, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Judith worked closely with the staff of 20/20 with a select group of people from across North America. She encountered people who wanted to overcome soft addictions including nail-biting, procrastination, and over-shopping.

Called "one of the most sought-after self-help gurus in the country" by The San Francisco Chronicle, Judith is an expert in such areas as relationships, creative conflict, work productivity, wellness and lifestyle, spirituality, personal performance, women's leadership and development, Soft Addictions, and more. Judith has appeared on over 300 radio programs and 30 television shows and in over 20 print magazines and newspapers.

“Soft addictions are those seemingly harmless habits--such as over-shopping, overeating, watching too much TV, endlessly surfing the Internet, and procrastinating—that actually keep us from the life we want,” says Judith. “They cost us money, rob us of time, numb us from our feelings, mute our consciousness, and drain our energy. And we all have them.”

In her unique program, Judith guides participants through the steps to overcoming their Soft Addictions, including the One Decision, the Math of More, and the Four Loving Truths.
