Springfield, IL, August 11, 2006 --(PR.com)-- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old Washington girl last seen at 6 p.m. Thursday. Authorities say Dacia Bell's grandmother contacted the suspect, 41-year-old Anthony Pascuzzi, at 9:00 p.m. Pascuzzi said he would bring back the child in 15 minutes. He never returned and is not answering his cell phone. 

There is a felony warrant for his arrest, and officials say he may be armed with a gun and traveling with two other children. Anthony Pascuzzi is believed to be driving a white, 1995 Ford F350 pickup with Washington license plates A64111X.
