New York, NY, September 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Offered is property from a Main Line Philadelphia Estate and several Pennsylvania estates and collections. Highlights include over 40 lots of silver, Chinese and Japanese antiques, a collection of Mochaware, rare Russian items and much more. A rare pair of bookends by the French Art Deco artist Marcel Bouraine (1886-1948).

This auction has eight important commemorative medals for sale. Some examples are: An Imperial Russian Order of St. Andrew breast star, silver and enamel, early 20th century, a memorial medal for Alexander II circa 1898, and a coronation medal for Alexander III and Empress Maria Feodorovna, 1883.

Nine Mochaware pepper pots are included in the Locati sale. An example of this is an English early 19th century pepper pot with a bell form top and seaweed and banded decoration. The starting bids for these pepper pots range from $200 to $400.

There are 43 silver lots in the Locati Antiques Fall Estate Auction. Some highlights are: a Fine Set of 12 Sterling Silver Dinner Plates, a Mexican Sterling Tea Set, a Pair of Old Sheffield Plate Wine Coolers, a Large American Sterling Silver Wine Ewer, and a Sterling Silver Bowl by Frank M.
