BibleReader 4 from Olive Tree targets iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android Mobile Phones

Olive Tree has also released a new BibleReader for BlackBerry and expanded its BibleReader technology to include two completely new mobile platforms: Android and Symbian 60-5.

BibleReader 4 for iPhone implements new Unicode Greek and Hebrew features, along with advanced parsing tools, scholarly texts, and reference works. BibleReader 4 for iPhone will be distributed on iTunes.

Olive Tree has also released a redesigned BibleReader for BlackBerry smartphones. Compatible with touch-screen devices like the Storm and Storm2, as well as keyboard devices like the Bold, Tour, Curve, and others, this BibleReader offers new features such as network detection for over-the-air components of BibleReader software and a look and feel customized to match native BlackBerry programs.

BibleReader for Android, released for public beta this month and already downloaded by hundreds of users, coincides with a wave of new Android phones released this fall, including the Motorola Droid, and the HTC G1, G3, and Hero.
