Columbus, OH, April 01, 2010 --(
PR.com)-- Everyone loves Ohio State athletics—football, basketball, and more. This weekend, Columbus residents will have a chance to be athletes on the OSU campus.
Yun Fitness Boot Camps announces its fourth charity boot camp event, taking place on April 3, 2010. The boot camp will benefit the Justice for Children Clinic at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. This organization represents children in a variety of legal proceedings, including cases of abuse and neglect, ensuring that their rights are protected.
The outdoor event will take place this Saturday, April 3, from 3:00 – 3:45 p.m., at the South Oval on the Ohio State University campus, 128 Oval Drive South, Columbus, Ohio. Participants donate a minimum of $10 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to the Justice for Children Clinic.
Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
