Fans Rush to Get Tickets for Round One of Lakers Playoff Tickets

Al Brooks Tickets Still Holding Good Seats to NBA Playoffs

Los Angeles, CA, April 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The NBA Playoffs started April 17th to name the 2010 NBA national champions. In the NBA Western Conference Finals playoffs, the reigning Los Angeles Lakers are ranked #1.

With four rounds in the playoff series before moving on to the Conference semi-finals, the Lakers began defending their title in the first round on April 18th facing Oklahoma City Thunder.

This was Thunder’s first playoff appearance in team history, and defending champion Lakers came out blazing, beating Thunder 87-79 to take a 1-0 lead in opener playoff series.

“The NBA Playoffs are amazing when you’re there live, in person,” says Jeff Brooks of Al Brooks Tickets, the West’s most influential ticket broker. “Tickets to the Conference finals are all the rage when the series starts and it looks like it’s going to be a strong season.”

Game two in the first round series between the Lakers and Thunder is at the Staples Center April 20th, and history is on the Lakers’ side, who seek a third straight up to the NBA finals.

While some fans got their playoff tickets early, some are in a flurry to get tickets and see a live game.

Brooks reports, “Fans can spend hours trying to get NBA playoff tickets, let alone good seats at the games. And with most ticket places, tickets are in extremely limited supply relative to demand. I’m pretty pleased when I can tell them it isn’t sold out and I’ve got great seats left.”

First Round of the NBA Playoffs run through the middle of June and tickets are available to the games at Al Brooks Tickets (www.albrooks.com).
