Amber Alert "Levi's Call" Issued for Georgia Infant and Mother (Sergio & Crystal Vargas)

Springfield, IL, November 24, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Cobb County Police Department has issued an Amber Alert after for Sergio and Crystal Vargas. The child and mother was abducted from Marietta, Georgia.

Sergio Vargas, 8 months old. He's an Hispanic who has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and red pants. Crystal Vargas, 15 years of age. She was last seen wearing jeans and a brown blouse.

The suspect is Sergio Maya. He has black hair and brown eyes. He's a 21 year old Hispanic male Who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He is bald (shaved) and he's considered armed and dangerous.

The child and his mother and suspect were last seen in a Red Pontiac, with possible drive out tags from an auto dealership, and an unknown direction of travel.
