Springfield, IL, November 25, 2006 --(PR.com)-- An Ohio Amber Alert has been issued for an abducted mother and child from Licking County last seen in Newark, Ohio. Ella and Marteen Bennette Casey have been abducted by Priscilinal Quinones.

The suspect and victims are traveling in a 1992 Ford Taurus - Maroon in color with Ohio license plates DVN 4446. If the suspect or victims are spotted please call the Ohio Alert Network at (877) 262-3764
