National Safety Compliance Releases New Employee Safety Training Programs for Workers in Restaurants and Food Service Industries
Springfield, MO, May 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Restaurants and commercial kitchens have very specific workplace safety requirements. National Safety Compliance has released two new employee training programs for food service.

The first of the two programs is entitled, "Safety Orientation for Food Service" and covers important safety subjects such as: wet floors, knives, steamers, mixers, slicers, grinders, dish machines, hot surfaces and fryers.

The second training program in the series is entitled, "Food Safety & Personal Hygiene." This employee training program contains information on the importance of good personal hygiene and proper food handling. Research has shown that improper food handling, preparation and storage and bad personal hygiene can and will result in food poisoning (also referred to as foodborne illness).
