The unit has been designed using components provided by prime satellite equipment providers, such as Patriot Antenna Systems, Comtech/Xicom Technologies, Tiernan/ IDC, SPC Electronics, etc. The units come in different configuration such as C band MPEG-2/Mpeg-4 with a 1.8m and 2.4m antenna. Also 1.2m and 1.8m in Ku band also with MPEG-2/MPEG-4 video format.. The unit includes High definition screen for signal monitoring process. Previously Servsat Communications has shipped several flyaway in standard definition units to various Latin American countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, and Bolivia as well as to Spain in Europe.
