InvitingLighting.com Adds Gift Registry with Partial Purchase Feature

InvitingLighting.com recently completed the integration of a new gift registry service that features partial-purchase ability.

Stamford, CT, January 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Inviting Lighting (http://www.invitinglighting.com/) recently completed the integration of a new gift registry service that features partial-purchase ability. Customers can sign up for the gift registry service at InvitingLighting.com. The registry can be used for any occasion or event, and registrants also have access to the Felicite Gift Registry Network.

Operated by business partners John Crabb and Joe Ficken, Inviting Lightning has been featured in "Home Living Connecticut" magazine and may be well deserving of title as “The Internet’s best online lighting store.” Ficken adds, “Keep in mind, we literally have thousands of products available and not all of our products are displayed on the website. Today's shoppers have unique home lighting interests and we don't like to guess at their preferences so Inviting Lighting offers many styles of lamps and light fixtures.” Ficken explained that Inviting Lighting has a network of manufacturers in both the United States and Canada and that custom requests are not a problem.

Registrants build a gift list by clicking convenient Add-to-Registry Buttons on InvitingLighting.com or by contacting the store directly. Friends and family can then visit the registry to view the list of selected gifts and make a purchase. To avoid duplicate gifts all purchases are automatically removed from the list. The gift registry can be used for any occasion and takes the guesswork out of gift buying. Unlike traditional gift registries, gift givers can buy either the whole gift or a part of the gift. This way friends can easily share the cost of a gift.

Inviting Lighting features a friendly, knowledgeable staff that can help everyone including do-it-your individuals or professional residential and commercial builders. Ficken adds they would be happy to help registrants pick the perfect lighting for a newlyweds new home or baby room; “We also carry stained glass, wall clocks, lighted kitchen pot racks, upscale fireplace screens and children's accessories and furniture.”

Inviting Lighting teamed with Felicite.com to provide the gift registry service which integrated well with the Yahoo Store! Shopping platform. The gift registry contains many additional features such as an on-line photo album, RSVP service and E-notification system. For example, customers can use the online photo album to share pictures with friends and family. They can send messages to friends using the E-notification system. Each registry has a unique hyperlink that can be emailed or posted on a personal website; the hyperlink conveniently takes users directly to the registry. To protect their privacy, an optional guest password can be assigned to limit access.
