Aspire’s web-based real-time interface will handle electronic application processing, rating, underwriting validation, policy issuance, endorsement processing (including out-of-sequence endorsements), premium accounting, reinsurance reconciliation as well as claims administration functions for the Pennsylvania insurance carrier.
