Ms. Keller wraps up a 6 week preparation course at the Rembrandt hotel before embarking for the World Skills 2011 competition in London, England. Ms. Keller has been perfecting her skills in some of Rembrandt’s fine restaurants including, Rang Mahal, the award-winning Indian restaurant in Thailand. Her multilingual background, French, German and English, make her a perfect match for the service industry.
