Bay Area Studios Foundation Awards Youth New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts Scholarship
New York, NY, July 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Bay Area Studios Foundation is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based nonprofit youth performing arts company that is committed to building the youth of the city through theater and performing arts who will grow and develop into adults in the entertainment industry. Today, Bay Area Studios Foundation announced its 2011 summer scholarship recipient, Andre Smith, of St. Petersburg’s acclaimed PCCA Program located at Gibbs High School. Noted graduates of PCCA program are America’s Quadruple Threat Performer Ephraim M. Sykes and American Idol Finalist Michael Lynche.

Founded by Chairman Monica D. Hardwick, Bay Area Studios Foundation provides platforms for youth of St. Petersburg and surrounding areas to develop their craft using a variety of productions and partners with publicity pros to gain youth exposure for non Foundation projects.
