Fayetteville, AR, August 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- www.hoopcliq.com is a mental training coaching site and social networking community that connects homeschooled basketball players to each other from all over the country. The main feature of the site is the mental training coaching done by Garrett B. Richardson a Certified Licensed Coach. The student-athletes will learn mental strategies, skills, philosophies and techniques that will help them take their game to the next level. Another important component to the program is that it will teach mental strategies, unblocking limited thinking, self-esteem building, optimism, positive motivation and other qualities that can also be taken into their everyday lives. Hoopcliq.com will also highlight and feature the student-athletes. Homeschooled student-athletes do not receive the exposure and accolades like the student-athletes in public schools.

hoopcliq.com will commemorate its launch with the 2012 hoopcliq.com Nationwide Hot Homeschooled Hooper Contest which celebrates talented homeschooled athletes both on and off the basketball court. This contest focuses on qualities like leadership, creativity, character, commitment or whatever it is that they or anyone that nominates them feels that makes them a stand out athlete and all-around great person. This contest is a fun way to bring attention to serious, dedicated and talented athletes often overlooked by the mainstream public.

Four winners will be selected, a male and a female basketball player in high school and a male and female basketball player in middle school.
