LivePerson, Inc. and ineedhits have entered into a joint partnership which will see leading conversion and search marketing services made available to their extensive small business client bases.

Under the terms of the agreement, by using the new SEO Wizard Reseller Solution developed by ineedhits, LivePerson will provide access to ineedhits' search engine optimization and submission tools to the company's small business customers and ineedhits will refer customers interested in live chat solutions directly to LivePerson.
