iUniverse to Exhibit at Los Angeles Times Festival of Books

New York, NY, April 28, 2007 --(PR.com)-- iUniverse, the leading provider of supported self-publishing services, will be an exhibitor at the 12th Annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29, 2007.

Over 130,000 people are expected to attend the massive event, which will take place outdoors on the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) main campus from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The festival is open to the public and free of charge. iUniverse will be located at booth 221 on Wilson Plaza, an open area between Glorya Kaufman Hall and the Student Activities Center near underground Parking Lot 4.

The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books began in 1996 with the simple goal of bringing together the people who create books with the people who love to read them. An immediate success, the festival has become perhaps the largest and most prestigious book festival in the country. The festival includes exciting author events, storytelling, cooking demonstrations and poetry readings. The nearly 300 exhibitor booths represent booksellers, publishers, literacy and cultural organizations.

The iUniverse booth will be staffed by four representatives from the Lincoln, Nebraska office and will feature visits from over 25 iUniverse authors living in the Southern California region. There will also be an opportunity for booth visitors to register online for a special drawing to win a free Premier Pro Publishing Package valued at $1,099.
