In this new position, Behrendt will focus primarily on building programs and processes that will help employees realize their full potential by developing key skills and leadership competencies. Ms. Behrendt brings over 20 years of experience in people development, human resources, office management and consulting to the table. Most recently Behrendt held the position of HR Business Leader at a global architectural, engineering and construction management firm. Her key responsibilities included setting the development strategy for all domestic and international locations as well as building key training, development and leadership programs.

Behrendt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Toledo and she he obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in January of 2009.
