Detroit, MI, May 15, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Wyoming Police Department and The Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for Shamarcus Edwards. The child was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Authorities believe she may have been abducted by her mentally challenged cousin Tremain McGee.

The Amber Alert is active for the following Michigan Counties: Allegan, Antrim, Barry, Benzie, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Clare, Clinton, Crawford, Eaton, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Gratiot, Hillsdale, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kalkaska, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Livingston, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Otsego, Ottawa, Roscommon, Shiawassee, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Wexford.
