Sons of The American Legion Sponsor Laps of Love to Benefit 3 Children's Charities

The Detachment of Maryland Sons of The American Legion are proud to announce an event that will help raise money for three of their major Children and Youth Programs. On April 14th 2012 they will hold their First Annual Sons of The American Legion “Laps of Love 2012” to benefit the Casey Cares Foundation, Special Olympics Maryland and Child Welfare Foundation.

Baltimore, MD, April 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Detachment of Maryland Sons of The American Legion are proud to announce a new event that will help raise money for three of their major Children and Youth Programs. On April 14th 2012 they will hold their First Annual Sons of The American Legion “Laps of Love 2012.” They will hold a walk or run event on the campus of Archbishop Spalding High School at 8080 New Cut Road, Severn, MD 21144 at the new stadium. All money raised will go to help Casey Cares Foundation, Special Olympics Maryland and Child Welfare Foundation.

The event kicks off at 9:00am with a run with athletes from Maryland Special Olympics leading the way. At 11:00am they will start walkers with families from the Casey Cares Foundation leading the way.
