Ancient Evil Rises Again in The Chronicles of Farro Published by Outskirts Press

In author M. D. Privatsky’s first epic fantasy, an Osarian knight and an elfin duo battle to save the beautiful realm of Andora from global genocide as a sacred prophecy unfolds and darkness rises.

Aberdeen, SD, July 04, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Veteran author M. D. Privatsky announced today the release of The Chronicles of Farro, The Sacred Messenger, published by Outskirts Press. Privatsky’s truly epic fiction provides a suspenseful race against time for readers twelve and above in this tale of treacherous struggles and fast paced revelations that dramatically carry its theme of hope and passion for doing good.

“Hope is underestimated, dashed, and most times scoffed at, but it always remains,” writes author Privatsky. In The Chronicles of Farro a lone Osarian knight and his small band of crusaders find that their friendship, courage and sacrifice may just be enough to vanquish the vicious intentions of the evil Lord Jarden.

Jarden has just been released from a millennia long imprisonment and is silently moving key pieces into place for a successful revolution in Andora. Soon hundreds perish and thousands mysteriously vanish from this once beautiful land as Jarden unleashes his perverse genocide.

Sala of Antioch, a lone Osarian knight, is alerted to these horrors and he pores over ancient scrolls to decipher an ancient prophecy that could hold a solution to Andora’s fate. He befriends a slave girl who is able to translate the scrolls’ cryptic text and help bring them both closer to the long lost sphinx warrior, Farro.

Sala and an elfin duo, Leondros Goldendragon and Tahari of the Shandon, then begin to fight the wrath of the evil Lord Jarden, but each step they take brings one of them closer to making the ultimate sacrifice.

In today’s world there is opposition in everything one does. Privatsky’s new release shows its readers that the most effective way to battle resistance is to maintain that deep hope and faith that can redefine the fundamentals of friendship and love.

About the author:

M.D. Privratsky is a self-published author from North Dakota. In the ten years that have passed since graduating from high school and college, M.D. has led a colorful life of numerous experiences and “on the go” adventures from waitressing tables in Fargo, North Dakota, to cutting vegetation in the South West. In the vast experiences, she has seen the ongoing magic that fills everyday life and the people she has met and worked with. This magic is captivating and noteworthy.

“I am often asked, ‘Where do you get your ideas as a writer?’ It is in the ‘magic’ of everyday life and the beauty that resides there. Often the magic comes from a kind gesture, a smile, or simply an act of generosity. Many times those brief instances of magic go unnoticed due to the everyday hustle of our fast paced lives. I want to honor and thank those people in our world who continue to fill our world with that ‘magic.’ Thank You!” - M.D. Privratsky
