Precitec v. American Laser Enterprises Patent Infringement Case Dismissed

Civil Action No. 2:12-cv-11260-AC-LJM Dismissed

Wixom, MI, July 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- American Laser Enterprises, LLC (ALE) is pleased to announce that Precitec, Inc. has dropped the alleged patent infringement sited in Civil Action No. 2:12-cv-11260-AC-LJM. The Plantiff's voluntary dismissal without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i) was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on July 10, 2012.
