David B. Southren is a Founding Partner of Advanced Cardiovascular Care of Hudson Valley. Dr. Southren received his medical degree at New York Medical College. He served his Internship and Residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri and Fellowship in Cardiology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. His area of practice is Cardiology and Lipidology. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and an active educator and faculty speaker for Astra-Zeneca, Merck-Schering Plough, Abbot Laboratories. Dr. Southren was elected to the AOA Medical Honor Society and selected as a Top Doctor of the Hudson Valley. Dr. Southren is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
