Auslogics Launches Photo Contest with Laptop, Tablets, Phones and Software as Prizes

Auslogics Software has launched a “Show Us How Much You Love Your PC” photo contest for the company’s Facebook page fans offering MacBook Air laptop, iPads, iPhones and 100 Auslogics BoostSpeed licenses for the winning entries.

Sydney, Australia, August 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Auslogics Software Pty Ltd, a leading computer optimization software developer and publisher, has launched an exclusive photo contest for the fans of the company’s page on Facebook. Entrants must submit a photo that would show how much they love their PC for a chance to win one of the listed prizes. The prize pool includes one MacBook Air laptop, two iPads with Wi-Fi, three unlocked iPhones 4's and 100 one-year licenses for Auslogics BoostSpeed 5 – the company’s all-in-one computer optimization and maintenance suite. Winners are selected using two methods – by a jury consisting of contest organizers and independent consultants, as well as based on the number of votes received during the contest, so participants are encouraged to share the contest with their friends to ensure getting the most votes for their entry.

Auslogics Software planned the Show Us How Much You Love Your PC photo contest with intent to attract a broader audience to the company’s Facebook page, which currently comprises fans from about 20 different countries. “This is the first contest of this kind for Auslogics,” says Anna Lind, the company’s PR representative. “We have started seeing Facebook as a great means for constant dialogue with our customers, and we plan to continue offering special promotions, news, tips, polls and other interesting content to our Facebook fans as a thank you for their support and a way to stay on top of our fans’ likes and needs.”

The photo contest runs till September 30, 2012 with entry submissions and voting being open through September 17. It can be accessed from Auslogics’ Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Auslogics. Contest is open to residents of any country in the world where it is not prohibited by law, who must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants are allowed to cast one vote for their own entry. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by the contest jury and will receive a MacBook Air laptop. 50% of the remaining prizes are to be awarded by the contest jury as well, with the other 50% to be granted for the most voted for entries. Winners are to be announced by September 30, 2012 and required to respond to the prize notification email within one month of it being sent out.
