Voting Begins in Equine Network’s “Medals for the Rest of Us” Contest
Gaithersburg, MD, August 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Although the competition in London has come to a close, everyday horse people are still vying for glory as voting begins in the Equine Network’s “Medals for the Rest of Us” contest, sponsored by ZIMECTERIN® Gold, Purina Mills® and USRider®. To view the entries and to vote, go to http://olympics.equisearch.com/.
Medalist hopefuls entered in three events: World-Class Mucking, sponsored by ZIMECTERIN® Gold; Heavyweight Stretching, sponsored by Purina Mills®; or Freestyle Trailer Parking, sponsored by USRider®. Voting will determine the top three entries in each event, and then a panel of judges will face the tough decision of selecting the gold, silver and bronze medalists.
Voting will continue through August 29, 2012. To vote for your favorite entries, please go to http://olympics.equisearch.com/. You may vote once a day, every day, to increase your chances to win.
“The voting period is a great time for equestrians to show support of each other as they strive for ‘medals’ in this contest,” said Equine Network Editorial Director Cathy Laws. “It’s an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work that goes into having horses every day—and to have a little fun while doing so!”
