West Coast Turns Up the Heat on Hot Wings

East Coast hot wings restaurants have always claimed the top ranks in the field. Many California residents have complained that there are no true hot wings on the West Coast. However, one Los Angeles resident was determined to change that perception and now he's taking his wings to compete in the home of hot wings.

West Coast Turns Up the Heat on Hot Wings
Northridge, CA, July 04, 2007 --(PR.com)-- For many years, Buffalo has been the landmark for hot wings in the United States. East Coast hot wings restaurants have always claimed the top ranks in the field. Many California residents have complained that there are no true hot wings on the West Coast. However, one person was determined to change that perception.

Ken Rolle, a network architect by profession, discovered the secret that would make his vision come true: bigger and fresher wings, more flavors, and impeccable execution. Despite the challenges of launching a new restaurant and competing against large national franchises, he was determined to make his dream a reality.

He turned his vision into a Northridge restaurant where he combines high standards and quality ingredients to create zesty, tender chicken wings that have been satisfying Los Angeles area couples and families since 2005.

Now that he's made it big in LA, he's heading back to the home of hot wings: Buffalo, New York, for the National Buffalo Wing festival (www.buffalowing.com) on September 1 and 2, 2007. He will be the sole competitor from the West Coast pitting his secret sauces and West Coast flavors against wings from New York, Pennsylvania, and other states.

Let's give our best and wish success for this hometown hero.
