Paws On Your Heart's 2012 Black Cat Contest Almost Closed

Saskatoon, Canada, October 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- As Halloween approaches, Saskatoon-based non-profit group Paws On Your Heart, is entering the final days of their contest for the best black cat picture. The group's mission is to help stray and feral cats, and to promote cat welfare worldwide. They have started this contest to raise awareness about black cats, and to combat the mistreatment that they often suffer, especially around Halloween.

The group's website has this to say: "We know that black cats have a bad reputation, especially during this spooky month of October, and we wanted to set this reputation straight with a contest celebrating black cats." To see their video, "The Truth About Black Cats," visit here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4Dsgxq4v9g&feature=plcp.

To enter, send your best picture of your black cat to service@pawsonyourheart.com along with a brief description of yourself, your cat, and/or your relationship with your cat, by midnight on October 31st, and you will receive a free e-book. Winners will be announced on November 1st. For full contest information, visit their website: http://pawsonyourheart.com/black-cat-contest-2012/.
